Here’s the secret: you don’t need to memorize Sanskrit. You need to understand how it works.
Join me for a fun, approachable 2-hour workshop where we’ll break down the patterns, sounds, and meanings behind the Sanskrit you hear in yoga class. Once you start recognizing the pieces, those long pose names suddenly make a whole lot more sense.
